Drawing on her prior experience as a Contracts Administrator supporting USAID-implemented projects, Hayley Holdridge advises clients on a range of Government Contracts and FCPA/Anti-Corruption related issues. Her experience includes representing clients in public procurement related matters before the Armed Services Board of Contract Appeals, coordinating regulatory due diligence processes for large scale M&A transactions, assisting clients in connection with criminal investigations by the U.S. Department of Justice, supporting clients in conducting internal investigations related to contractual and regulatory compliance issues, and advising clients on the implications of upcoming legislation and regulations. Hayley also maintains an active pro bono practice with a particular focus on advising clients implementing USAID-funded contracts and cooperative agreements.
