Henry Liu specializes in defending antitrust and consumer class actions. Henry represents clients in the pharmaceutical, consumer brands, financial services, and technology industries, among others. He has built a successful record of defending clients in MDL and other multistate proceedings, many of which were defeated through dispositive pre-trial motions. In addition to his litigation practice, Henry provides antitrust counseling on a wide range of business conduct and compliance issues, with a particular emphasis on joint ventures.
