Jae Ermilus is an associate in Covington’s Washington, DC office. She represents clients in a complex range of antitrust matters, with a focus on class action litigation and civil investigations initiated by the Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission, and state antitrust authorities. Jae also counsels companies across a broad range of industries on antitrust transaction risk assessments, legislation and policy, and compliance, including renewed concerns with Section 8 of the Clayton Act.
