James Fitch is a litigator in Covington’s New York office. His practice focuses on government-facing civil litigation and commercial litigation. James also maintains an active pro bono practice, and has represented clients in constitutional and civil rights litigation.

Before rejoining Covington, James clerked for Judge Cindy K. Chung of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
