Michael Rebuck is a litigation associate in the firm’s New York office. He works on high-stakes litigation and investigations spanning various industries, with a particular focus on complex commercial, product liability, and mass tort litigation. Among others, Michael has counseled clients in the life sciences, pharmaceutical, technology, and consumer goods industries. He has expertise in all stages of litigation, including dispositive motions, discovery, and mediation/settlement. A member of trial teams in both state and federal court, Michael understands how to position and prepare cases for successful resolution at trial.

A native New Jerseyan, before attending law school, Michael worked in governmental positions as Confidential Aide to the President of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities and as Special Assistant to U.S. Senator Jeffrey Chiesa (NJ).
