He has helped clients maximize recoveries for hundreds of millions of dollars in diverse first- and third-party losses, including mass tort/bodily injury, product liability, environmental remediation, and data breach response, under a wide range of insurance policies, including general liability, cyber/media liability, marine cargo, and property policies.

Yurij also advises and represents clients in intellectual property matters, including copyright and trademark counseling and enforcement.
