Nachdem bereits seit Jahren über die Umsetzung der EU-Hinweisgeberrichtlinie (EU 2019/1937)  diskutiert  wurde, befindet sich das deutsche Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz (HinSchG) nun auf der Zielgeraden. Es passierte den Rechtsausschuss und wurde vom Bundestag verabschiedet. Nun muss der Bundesrat dem Gesetz noch zustimmen.
