She has counseled public and private companies on a variety of general corporate transactions across various industries, including music, technology, gaming, and sports. She also maintains an active pro bono practice drafting various agreements for small businesses, conducting trademark clearance searches, and advising small businesses on the process of securing trademark registrations.
