Fiza Khan is an associate in the firm's Washington, DC office, where she practices in the CFIUS and International Trade Practice Groups. She advises clients on national security risks posed by foreign investment, and assists clients in seeking approval by the Committee of Foreign Investment in the United States (CFIUS). As part of her international trade practice, Fiza advises clients on U.S. sanctions administered by the Treasury Department’s Office of Foreign Assets Control and export controls administered by the State Department’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls and the Commerce Department’s Bureau of Industry and Security.
