Rachel Nixon is an associate in the firm’s Washington, DC office where she is a member of the Food, Drug, and Device Practice Group. She advises food and beverage companies in a variety of product areas – including conventional food, dietary supplement, infant formula, and medical food – on regulatory and compliance issues. She also advises pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies on various regulatory matters.
