Zachary Schutz is special counsel in the firm’s Washington, DC office and a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. He serves a range of clients in complex real estate transactions, including representing clients in acquisitions, dispositions, secured financings and commercial leasing transactions. Zachary has represented both purchasers and sellers in acquisitions and sales of various types of commercial real estate, including automotive dealerships, industrial properties, office buildings, and warehousing. He has also represented tenants nationwide in negotiating leases for office space, warehousing locations, automotive retail locations, life sciences and laboratory space.
