Caroline Garth is an associate in the International Trade Practice Group who regularly advises clients on the application of international trade controls, including economic sanctions and export controls laws and regulations administered by the U.S. Departments of State, Commerce, and Treasury. Caroline has experience assisting clients with internal investigations of potential trade controls violations and representing clients in engagements with the U.S. government, including voluntary self-disclosures and enforcement matters. She has also performed trade controls-related due diligence and prepared submissions for regulatory approvals in connection with M&A transactions.
